Prince of Persia-Two Thrones...stuck!!

I'm near the end of Two Thrones...trying to kill the Vizier....but can't seem to get it done. I can get as far as chopping both his wing off, but can't seem to get past the level where I have to jump from floating rocks...keep getting blasted off them and falling. Does anyone know an easier way or what sequence to jump from each rock? Need help!! Been trying for the last two months to end this part of the game!!!
